Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BizSystems (bizsystems.best). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our business software development and systems engineering offerings. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Use of Services

You may use our online platforms and delivered solutions for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute or otherwise misuse any aspect of our offerings.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, documentation and related materials provided by BizSystems remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered deliverables for your internal operations.

4. Third-Party Components

Some offerings may include components from third parties. Use of those components is subject to the terms of the respective providers.

5. Payment

Fees are due as outlined in invoices or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be completed prior to delivery milestones.

6. Service Modifications

BizSystems may update or modify features at its discretion. We will notify you of substantial changes that affect critical functionality.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 5 business days before the agreed start date, you may receive a credit or reimbursement of fees paid, minus amounts attributable to preparation work already performed by BizSystems. Requests must be submitted in writing.

Custom engagements that require dedicated resource allocation and cannot be reassigned are designated as non-eligible for reimbursement. Such designation will be clearly stated in your proposal or service agreement.

7.2 Informational Products

Digital learning materials, guides and templates qualify for a 14-day review period. If you notify us within this window that the material does not meet your needs, we will revoke access and process a reimbursement of the product fee, provided no downloads beyond preview samples have occurred.

7.3 Goods

Physical items purchased from BizSystems may be returned for inspection within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon approval, we will arrange for shipment back to our facility; the item price, less any shipping charges, will be reimbursed after inspection.

Reimbursements are processed through the original payment method within 10 business days following approval of the request.

8. Transfer and Rescheduling

You may request to defer a service date or assign your booked slot to another party by contacting us no later than 5 business days before the scheduled start. Such requests are subject to availability and written confirmation by BizSystems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizSystems’ total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal statutes of Canada.
